For shipping within Germany, we at Sphärenmeisters Spiele use DHL and Deutsche Post, in our experience the fastest and most reliable logistics partner in Germany. The shipping costs are a flat rate of 5 euros for standard deliveries, from an order value of 19 euros shipping within Germany is free of charge. The delivery time is usually 2-3 working days from the time of your order.

For deliveries abroad, we also use DHL and Deutsche Post. The shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and are calculated during the ordering process.
Please note that longer delivery times may apply for international deliveries, depending on the region and customs regulations of the destination country.

All your orders are provided with a tracking number so that you can track the delivery status at any time. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

We emphasize safe shipping and careful packaging to ensure that your order arrives intact. All items are securely packed according to their order size and type to avoid damage during transportation. We strive to minimize the environmental impact of shipping. We offset the carbon footprint with DHL with GoGreen, and we use recyclable cardboard and paper as well as recycled materials for packaging.

There are no shipping costs for download products (digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier).

You have the option of downloading the download products either in your customer account or via the download link sent to you. The download will be made available within 24 hours of the conclusion of the contract (after the time of your payment instruction if advance payment has been agreed). You will also be informed by e-mail about the provision.
